Emmanuelle Baillard is an oenologist with a passion for flavors, textures and colors. He created Nectars de Bourgogne so as to explore fruit and take the best of what it has to offer. Nectars de Bourgogne was born in 2004, in the midst of black and red currant orchards, and a beautiful vineyard. Why this passion for Noir de Bourgogne? It is the noblest and raciest of all the varieties of blackcurrants, the one professionals are particularly fond of since it is easy to work with, combine and enjoy. That is why Emmanuel Baillard has chosen to work with this special fruit.
