Maison Bruyère, a third generation producer, have been creating outstanding artisan biscuits in the South of France since 1964. Using only the finest ingredients, Laure and Léa (the founder's grandaughters) create a wide range of local specialties that have proved popular far beyond France's borders. Through traditional techniques that observe the old regional recipes honed by their forefathers, Maison Bruyère is able to honor the past whilst forging an exciting future with their delicious and deceptively simple baked goods.
